Ski hire Plagne Centre

Founded in 1961, La Plagne is a resort in the Tarentaise massif. Originally, the ski area had only a few pistes with a handful of chair lifts, but today, it is fully equipped.

La Plagne has a wide selection of accommodation in 11 resort villages at the foot of the pistes. Its modern urban architecture includes plenty of retail outlets to cater to all of your needs: shopping, grocery stores selling local specialities, clothing retailers, restaurants, ski rental shops ... If you want to party, head out to Colorado or Igloo Igloo. For a quieter evening, catch a movie in the Espace Les Écrins cinema.

Ski area

Catch the Funiplagne Grande Rochette gondola up to an altitude of 2,500 m to make the most of the 225 km of piste and 134 runs across the entire ski area. In addition, other activities available in La Plagne include the fun slope, snowpark, boardercross, big airbags and even a bobsleigh run installed for the 1992 Albertville Winter Olympics. For nearly 20 years now, the Vanoise Express cable car has provided access to the Paradiski ski area where 425 km of runs offer pistes to suit all ability levels and with something to please everyone!
