Morzine is genuinely charming. A medieval village in the Haute-Savoie that became a ski resort, drawing thousands of skiers, Morzine is a sight to behold with its own distinct identity. A friendly atmosphere is the order of the day, with plenty of bars and restaurants providing the ideal spot to catch some rays or simply relax after skiing. We recommend you try "La Grange" to sample the finest Savoie fare in a welcoming atmosphere, or "Le Chaudron" for its idyllic setting.

The resort is perfect for families and also for anyone who wants to enjoy some nightlife. Avoriaz is just a few kilometres away, so you can explore two resorts for the price of one.

Morzine also provides a host of non-skiing activities, such as dog-sled rides, snowmobile excursions and much more!

Ski area

For skiers, the resort has over 425 km of varied slopes, including 35 green runs and 117 blue runs for less experienced skiers, in addition to 104 red runs and 27 black runs for advanced skiers. Snow lovers will not be disappointed! At the boardercross, you can challenge your family or friends to some crazy races, and the snowpark is a delight for all of you freestylers at heart.

Fans of Nordic skiing can cover 210 km of marked trails and take in the breathtaking landscapes. Of particular interest is the amazing vista over the Aulps Valley dotted with stone and wood chalets – a sheer Alpine delight!
