The Font Romeu resort

The resort of Font Romeu in the Catalan Pyrenees, a few kilometres from the Spanish border, offers a unique skiing experience. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.

A resort of champions

Font Romeu is modern, large and sporty. Olympic athletes come here to train and many have gone to high school here. It offers more activities than a classic resort, with its slalom and biathlon stadiums, its luge track, its skating rink, its swimming pool, its horse riding centre, its athletics stadium and much more.

Fun fact: Martin Fourcade is from the neighbouring village and went to high school in Font Romeu, so it's safe to say that this resort put him on the right track.

Beyond skiing, the charm and friendliness of Font Romeu will make you want to go out in the evening. You can enjoy the local gastronomy or the various bars in the resort.

The ski area

With 15 green, 10 blue, 7 red and 9 black runs, the Font Romeu ski area allows everyone to progress and have fun. The 43 kilometres of slopes allow you to ski between the fir trees and admire the different views of the Pyrenees. Cross-country skiing is not to be underestimated, and this is the largest cross-country skiing area in the region, with over 100 kilometres of trails.

The Font Romeu snowpark is reputed to be one of the best in France. It will allow everyone to start, progress and have fun.
