Arc 1950 is one of the villages that make up the resort of Les Arcs, near Bourg-St-Maurice. Its ski area, Paradiski, is aptly named, since it offers amazing snow conditions.

Modern resort

Arc 1950 is the most recent of the Les Arcs resorts, having been built in 2003. With its comprehensive and luxurious offering of accommodation, restaurants and recreational activities Arc 1950 appeals to visitors from France and abroad. With no cars allowed, the atmosphere in this resort is pleasant and relaxed and there are over 40 shops, bars and restaurants to choose from. Arc 1950 is synonymous with Paradiski, the world's largest linked ski terrain with 425 km of runs. The amazing piste variety and different conditions on offer in this terrain ensures that there is something to suit all snow sports and everyone from beginners to advanced skiers. From the glacier, to skiing in the forest, breathtaking panoramas and views over Mont Blanc, freeriding … the options are almost endless. What’s more, you can even download the Yuge app, free with your ski pass. This customisable app tells you which lifts are busy in real time, carries your ski pass and tracks your feats on the slopes!
