Very nice and commercial! I had called for a tire change and see if he could replace a spoke for me at the same time (which I already had in stock). There was no problem and everything is spot on. I had a problem with a SRAM control that he ordered and changed immediately. He gives very good advice and is very responsive. I highly recommend for simple repairs (no fork repairs, for example) and also for mountain bike rental.
