Reviews from our skiers Tourmalet KM0
A great rental experience from a friendly and helpful team. Would recommend.
We rented electric MTB bikes, the owner showed us some great trails. Highly recommended
Great bikes and great service. We rented 2 road bikes for 3 days here. Everything went very well. They called us several days beforehand to ensure they were putting the correct pedals on the bikes to match our shoes/cleats. Then on arrival they spent time adjusting the saddle height. The bikes were high end and in good condition with well tuned gears. They even supplied spare tubes and a pump just in case. It was a great base for Col du Tourmalet, Gavarnie, Luz Ardiden and Hautacam.
I hired a road bike for one day to ride the Col du Tourmalet. I was able to collect the bike the evening before the ride which allowed me to get out early in the morning. The staff are extremely friendly and spoke good English as well as Spanish and of course French. They happily fitted my saddle for me and changed the pedals to match the cleats on my shoes. I hired a BMC Carbon bike which was well cared for and maintained. The gear ratios were suitable for the local terrain and would cater for most cyclists. I would definitely recommend this company as they’re local knowledge is excellent. They also have a good selection of ‘Col du Tourmalet’ cycling tops made by Castelli in varying sizes-a must as a souvenir when you have completed the climb!!!
Super nice and helpful staff! Rented electric VTT / mountain bikes for the day and took two epic rides based on the tips from the shop. Highly recommend !
Excellent, distinctive service! Visited them on a Sunday, and they were the only bike repair shop open in town. They provided an excellent service fixing my shift cables, which took more than 2 hours (difficult operation), worked very hard to deliver, and were extremely friendly. All for a very reasonable price. Absolutely worth to visit if you need your bike to repair. Besides, level of English is very good (unlike other shops) which makes it easy to communicate for a non-French speaking person. Definitely go there if you need to fix your bike.
