Rented snowboard gear here. Had some problems with the boot fit so I had to come back twice, but the personnel helped me very well. They were very friendly and helped me find a good solution. The snowboarding rental gear is mostly for beginners, the snowboard shoes (soft, single boa) are not well suited for advanced riders. The ski gear is has more variety, and is suitable for riders of all classes. At the end of the season most gear was not so new anymore, but well maintained.

Good place for renting ski's. Just make sure to be early (opens 8:15) otherwise it can be busy and taking a while to get you rentals. Lockers on the second floor. Not cheap but handy to storing and drying your skies and ski boots (very smelly in the morning though after a long nicht of heating all those ski boots :-) The ski gondolas start a bit late (8:30) espacially when you need to go up to +2000m and therefore switch at least two times (maiskogelbahn, 3k connection and then gletscherjet) . It easy takes over an hour when busy.

Great rental service here! I rented a ski package with boots & helmet. Very helpful, very friendly service. Nice skis. Any problems it's easy to visit any Bründl location and change. Happily recommend them for your equipment rental needs during the ski season! Only have positive feedback from my experience.

Title: Excellent Skiing Hire Experience I recently had a fantastic experience at a skiing hire place that I highly recommend. The equipment provided was new and comfortable, especially the boots. The staff was incredibly nice and polite, with special thanks to Daniela and Thomas for their exceptional service. The availability of changing rooms and lockers made our visit convenient. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond by keeping a forgotten bracelet safe for us. When we returned the next day, they handed it back to us promptly. It's this level of care that sets this place apart. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Amazing experience here. I hired a board for the week and it was a premium Burton which looked brand new. Very happy with the whole experience.

Very good customer service. I had a mixup of skies on the ski lifts with another person. Until my original skies were recovered they offered to give me another set of skies to continue skiing for the rest of the day at no extra cost. They communication and service at it's best. Totally recommend.

Excellent store, pleasant staff, good value to be found. Positioned handily for ski needs, it's a nice relaxed shop. Customer Service is excellent. Although every purchase has been a good interaction, I had to ask for a refund ( minds change ) but the refund was as delightful as the sales. That is superb customer service. Danke

This is the best store by far! Erich, the manager, saved our ski trip!! He made our experience so easy and helped us find the right boots after buying others that hadn’t fit. He made it all so seamless. The attention to detail and the customer service quality is unmatched. He made it all better he deserves an award!! Thank you!

If you are staying in Kaprun - rent in Brundl Maiskogel- the lockers are directly beside the Maiskogel lift. The facilities are lovely and clean. Staff are knowledgeable, efficient, Kevin and Quintin were both excellent - kind and helpful to the kids. A great five star experience.
