Alex and all the crew are amazing at the Alpencenter, everyone there cound not be more helpful. We hired our skis, helmets and boots here and were able to leave them there in the evening which saved us from having to carry them down the mountain. We found all the Brundl stores in Kaprun had amazing products and the staff were so friendly in all the stores. I'm sure it comes from the top, the Family that own "Brundl" have created an amazing product and a team to match, credit where credit is due, well done to all. We will return to Kaprun, we had a great time there.

I wanted to have my edges sanded because the surface was hard but easy to grip. Andi, the expert employee, immediately noticed my fatal core fracture, which I had overlooked during the last front flip. Praise for Andi, who recognized my predicament and sanded my edges despite the total loss so that I could get safely into the valley. Compared to my previous experience at Intersport on the Kitzsteinhorn, where there was neither expertise nor support, I was treated extremely well here. Highly recommend this spot and will definitely come back. Thanks Andy

We rent skiies there. Quick and easy. I recommend to make online check in before. Then it gets much quickier:)
