Had an amazing experience with Black Side… Jean-Michel & Nathalie couldn’t have been more hospitable with Jean-Michel in particular helpful in fixing my ski boot issues. His focus was on solving my problem and not necessarily selling me a pair of boots. I must have spent over 2-hours with him in total over at least 6 visits trying various different things and I was never made to feel a burden despite, in the end, not buying the boots. Highly recommend
Excellent experience, all equipment hired was well prepared and I was able to hire step on boots and bindings with my snowboard (no other shop in Flaine offers this for hire). friendly, helpful and very well priced, definitely the shop to use.
We booked a Moonbike Tour in the evening and what shall I say: We loved it. Jean Michel and his friend Oliver were great guides and we loved the adventure. Just be aware riding the bikes is comparable to Dirt Bikes so a little strength and no fear is needed to enjoy this activity. Definitely worth the money if you are in action sports. Thank you for the great time.

Fabulous ski hire, we have just finished our last day of skiing and all was great. Smooth pick up of skis, boots etc. My husband decided to swap his skis half way through to twin tips, this was no issue and no extra charge. Would highly recommend 🎿👍
Very helpful shop. When my board bindings broke they were able to fix the bindings without charge; really helped me out when I was stuck!
The staff at Netski were helpful and friendly with us every minute we were in there renting skis. They even went out of the way to answer questions about the area like parking and the best slopes to ski!

Having walked out of Skiset rental frustrated and angry after a 2 hour wait, we ended up here. The difference could not have been bigger! These lovely people deliver service and hospitality of the highest standard. They might not be the very cheapest in town for ski rental. But spending a handful of euros more on a weeks rental, is neglectable and literally the best money you will be spending all week! Whenever I visit Flaine, this is my #1 address for renting skis. Thanks again!
