Good service and convenient. Were helpful retrieving our own skis from their store when the lifts were closed, but unfortunately didn't get our helmets back. Think carefully about leaving gear on the mountain.

Friendly staff and good service. Located at the center of skiing area, ideal location with easy walkway for renting and dropping equipment. Highly recommended for those who love the convenient.

Good equipment and very helpful and pleasant personel. They even allowed us to bring the equipment back to the hotel so we could try a different ski-station. And if we didnt have time to return the skis they would pick it up at the hotel. Incredible!

Used Lo Chalet in Jan 2018, highly recommend. Great service, swapped skis twice as conditions changed. Can store skis and boots for free overnight so you can take the gondola down to town if you like.
