Great family experience. The staff at Traventuria were fantastic making the booking and the transfer very comfortable. We were a party of 7 including a 8, 6 and 4 year old children. The pool was quiet and chilled and very warm! Highly recommend this as a relaxing visit during your stay.
Amazing experience. Booked evening online with the best prices I've ever seen. Competent personnel helped with the gear selection. In the end we found both really comfortable and right size ski boots. And the drop off the gear in the end is no longer than 10 minutes. Next time I would also rent here
Great company to use for ski/snowboard trip. Booked transfers, rental equipment - board/bindings and boots, and ski pass! Sorted all equipment the night before so everything was in heated lockers ready for the morning. Very easy website to use especially with a group. Friendly and helpful staff and everything was very efficient. Would highly recommend!

We had such a great experience with Traventuria this week. The staff are all so helpful and happy to help find the right equipment for you. I had trouble finding comfortable ski boots and George (the boot fitting legend!) really listened to the problems I was having and brought me at least ten pairs of boots to try on. Multiple people in our group had to swap different pieces of equipment (mostly boots) during the week and the staff were always fantastic. We heard from other people in our ski school that other rental companies were dismissive and reluctant to swap equipment but Traventuria were always very accommodating. This is our second time using Traventuria. The prices are good, the location is great and I will use them every time I come to Bansko.
We went to the Thermal Spa at Villa Victoria today with Traventuria Ski and Board. Very reasonably priced and our driver Milcho was very helpful and dropped us off in tbe Old Town on the way back. Definitely recommend for a non ski day. There is a bar in the Villa Victoria which is reasonably priced with beer at 5.50 lev. Make sure that you take towel / gown and slip flops / sliders.
First class equipment and customer service- staff can not do enough to help- very convenient for Gondula / shuttle - too…. I upgraded package to VIP and my skis were straight out of the plastic :-)- absolutely first class- highly recommend!
Definitely the best customer service in Bansko. We rented ski equipment for a few days and the guys there were very helpful and welcoming. The equipment was almost brand new and made our skiing enjoyable. Will visit again next year. Don't hesitate to visit and rent equipment yourself!
I booked transfers Bansko-Sofia and Sofia-Bansko and both went smoothly. The travel was nice and comfortable, we arrived on time. A very pleasant experience. And great customer service as at first I booked the wrong pickup time and they managed it perfectly. I recommend and if needed definitely will use again.
Our group were picked up at our hotel. Excellent service by the driver. Very safe and carefully drive from Bansko to Sofia Airport. The only little note will be that the space for luggage in the bus were too small.
Fantastic service from all parts of this business. Booking was informative and easy. The admin team responded quickly and we’re very helpful. Transfer drivers were great and you receive all the contact information prior to pickups. Once in Bansko the staff who equipped us made it an enjoyable experience. The prices are sharp too, I could not beat their package deals! Highly recommend Traventuria for all your ski holiday needs

I booked a transfer over the phone from Sofia to Bansko. It was super easy and the driver arrived bang on time. A great service all round and very reasonably priced.
The folks at Ski and board Traventuria are absolutely brilliant! Their fitting service is top-notch, and the staff is incredibly helpful. The cherry on top is that the shop is just a two-minute walk from the gondola. They even provide lockers for convenient storage of your ski equipment. When two of our group members decided to switch from snowboards to skis, the store swapped out the gear for us without any extra charge. On top of all that, Ski and board Traventuria also organizes excursions. We went to the thermal pool, which was a fantastic way to unwind after a week of skiing. When we come back to Bansko, there's no doubt that we'll be using Ski and board Traventuria for our equipment rental once again."
From the minute we booked the transfer it through to landing at the airport the information we were given and the communication was excellent. It was great to be able to track where the transport was too. Would definitely recommend and use again.
I travelled with my boyfriend from Bansko to Sofia. Excellent friendly service, professional very kind attitude. We asked for instructions on airport stops and the buses stop on both terminals (T1 and T2), a toilet break and the driver was really nice and helpful. Everyone in the bus was happy - if people wanted warmer, he made it warmer, if they wanted colder - he did that. Thank you, we will definitely travel with you again! It was a pleasure. Also the ride was very fast!
We booked our airport transfers, ski passes and equipment hire through Traventuria and overall had a really positive experience. All prices were competitive and the service was great. Our first transfer from Sofia airport to our hotel was seamless, with the driver waiting upon arrivals with our name. The Ski & Board hire shop was extremely efficient with friendly staff and plenty of them to help those picking up kit. They were really accommodating and happy to help - thank you! The reason I have given the rating 4 and not 5 stars is because our return transfer was 30 minutes late picking us up from Bansko area due to poor traffic. We had to call the driver to find out where he was, as no contact had been made with us to say he was running late.
Our experience with was amazing from start to finish. As soon as we arrived they were hands on one on one no time wasted and made sure everything was well suited. When we returned our gear they even gave us a free gift which was incredible. Definitely recommend!! Will be back for sure.
Outstanding service and friendly staff that is always ready to help! We got our snowboard equipment from Milcho, who went above and beyond to find the best equipment for my two children. I will strongly recommend!
Great service and competitive prices. We collected snowboard equipment for our two little ones that loved trying different shoes and helmets. Milcho was very good with that. He was also very helpful when one of the straps from one of the board snap during the second day off fun. If you need ski and snowboard equipment, look no further!
Petar was great, picked up right on time, dropped safely to my hotel. My flight was delayed and they also changed the shuttle time for me so I could still get to Bansko. Thanks team!

Excellent option to travel from Sofia to Bansko. Great pick-up option from Sofia airport! Milcho was a very good driver. He is very efficient and was quick to solve a little organization issue. I highly recommend you Traventuria and Milcho, if you want to have a safe and pleasant journey. ????
Fab time on the thermal spa tour , defo worth a visit whilst in Bansko. Milcho was very helpful and friendly guide / driver on time with both trips and very informative.
By far the best place in Bansko to rent your ski or snowboard equipment! Amazing staff and always the best quality while still offering a great price. Got asked about my level of snowboarding and got a VIP board just cause I answered I've been snowboarding since 6 years old. Fastest board I've ever been on (literally nobody past me on the slopes, not even skiers!!) and I've been on some boards in the past 26 years. Second time I've been here and most certainly not the last since my own boards just don't fit in the car when travelling with more than 2 people... You over delivered again in a very positive way, also for my 3 beginner friends! Thanks again and see you next season!
Really high quality equipment, it was great from my experience. The skis, boots and helmet were amazing. Had a great time skiing. The prices were also cheaper than other places and the staff were pretty patient and competent. Had a few issues with the boot sizing but eventually had it all sorted out and they liked to crack jokes and laugh. It does really get busy though at least it did when I went there.
