Great service, great people with great attitude. You will easily see that they are there for the love of it and not just trying to sell you something. Just real good people. This week I had a fantastic 2hr snowboard lesson from Guido. It was exactly what I needed to move forward! Literally haha. I know now what i have to pay attention to and that helped me so much. Guido tought me all the fundamental skills, so that i could really enjoy the following days. Thank you Guido! The guys in the Burton store were also super kind and helpful!
This was 100% the best service I ever had. Very good and honest explanation, took the time to adjust my bindings while having attention for other customers in the shop. The person in the shape definitely has the knowledge and experience to assist you in the best way possible.
Alex and Vic sorted me out with a new set of boots and step-on bindings. Took the time to make sure everything was explained clearly. Went back a few days later and had the boots adapted to fit better. Really helpful team, can’t recommend them highly enough
Great service! Replaced my beat up 10 year old boots by a pair of Felix Boa's and I could not be happier. The girl (did not catch her name) really took the time to figure out my needs and take my size so she could recommend me what pair to choose. The boots fit perfectly and I was well informed about warranty and care.
