Easy ordering of packs for my family and me. Last Saturday, I went to the site to cancel my pack because I could no longer go skiing. A message on the screen confirms the modification. I go to the site and see that my pack has not been cancelled. Modification following contact with the company: The cancellation was not taken into account following a bug. The refund of my pack was triggered by customer service after taking the situation into account. Balance sheet: - opinion no longer as negative as before, I will test again (although the reservation phase went very well) - customer service should be more easily reachable (area of progress)
