Authentic resort
Originally, the small town was a stronghold of the local nobility. Its many years of existence and history make it a very authentic and charming village. It is one of the four main villages in the Serre Chevalier valley. Traces of this history are easy to find with many Roman remains still present in the surrounding hamlets, which in themselves make a very interesting visit for any history buff.
The village also provides all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay with family or friends. There are several restaurants offering specialities that all gourmets will be delighted to try!
Serre Chevalier ski area
In the heart of the Hautes Alpes, the ski area in Serre Chevalier covers hundreds of hectares (more precisely 410 hectares of marked skiing terrain) and is one of the largest in the Alps.
