The Grand Domain Ski Area

Valmorel ski resort is linked to Saint-François-Longchamp via the Col de la Madeleine, as well as Doucy-Combelouvière. Together, they form the Grand Domaine. Consequently, Valmorel boasts a ski area with 150 km of downhill ski slopes and 20 km of cross-country ski trails. The slopes range from 1400 meters to 2550 meters altitude and wind through forests.

The Valmorel ski area features 22 green runs, 39 blue runs, 17 red runs, and 8 black runs. While expert skiers tackle black runs or venture off-piste, beginners can learn and progress on wide, gentle slopes. Moreover, with 315 snow cannons, you can count on quality snow throughout the ski season.
