The Chamrousse resort
The ski resort of Chamrousse is located in the heart of the Belledonne massif, just a half-hour drive from Grenoble. It consists of three parts: Chamrousse 1650 - Recoin, Chamrousse 1700 - Bachat Bouloud, and Chamrousse 1750 - Roche Béranger, connected by ski slopes and hiking trails. There are 90 km of alpine skiing slopes and 40 km of Nordic skiing. Chamrousse offers numerous advantages, such as breathtaking views of the valley and surrounding massifs, especially stunning sunsets. Nature lovers can also appreciate the exceptional flora and fauna of the resort, including the Arselle peat bog, designated as a Sensitive Natural Area.
