Amazing customer service. Helped fixed my broken ski in less than 30 minutes with a smile

If you are looking for ski's, snowboards or winter equipment this is your spot. Incredible team and more flexible than a Chinese gymnast they will make sure you are happy. Boots feeling tight after 2 runs no problem they have a store up the mountain, change no problem. Ski's not working out they have stores downtown you can swap then anytime time any where. So if you are looking for happiness and solutions I highly recommend Brunl. Cheers Nick

Very friendly staff! Got here for hiking shoes and they helped me very well. Measured my feet with their equipment and gave me excellent advice. The boots are a bit at the pricey side but the quality is excellent. Because of the service we had amazing hiking trips!

Had some problems at the beginning but they resolved them well. They get stressed and always can't cope with the volume of people. If you want to change your skis or anything go in the middle of the day when everyone else is on the mountain.

I went here for shelter for the bad weather and the kind local staff. Got a hot chocolate, a marille schnaps and a slick ear warmer.

Very very friendly staff & fast service. Free ski lockers is a plus, located just next to the cable car.
