Fantastic customer service! They are quick to greet you with a smile and put a lot of effort into helping you find what you need. The owner, Francis, is extremely helpful and doesn’t try to up-sell or rip you off. Francis sets the tone for the rest of the staff - they couldn’t be better. I bought some amazing Blizzard Brahma skis at nearly 6pm and collected them the next day at 8:30am, also at a really good price.

Fantastic customer service. I have been going there for 16 years and always receive a warm welcome and great service.

A little bit out of the way for some hotels, but right next to Villars Palace Club Med. Nice staff, everyone seemed to speak English, good online Booking system. I saw a Land Rover driving around Villars with Sport's House 'shuttle' on it picking people up. Not sure what that service is, but a nice touch. Great quality ski equipment.
