We went skiing in the area with a smaller group last week. I had been thinking about buying my own ski boots for a while, but based on a friend's recommendation we decided on this shop at the Ahornbahn. What can I say? Our advisor Christoph is apparently an absolute crack at the ski boot game. :-D During our first visit, Christoph was able to provide us with the right ski boots straight away. There were individually tailored insoles and detailed advice until well after work! In the following days we were able to come by unannounced at any time for further boot fitting without any problems. We were compensated with coffee and soft drinks for slightly longer waiting times and were given absolutely competent advice at all times. Even when we met by chance on the slopes, Christoph asked how the shoes fit and where they might need improvement. We really felt like we were in good hands at all times. What is done here goes far beyond good customer service! You can tell that it's not about making quick money from unsuspecting tourists, but rather about inspiring customers in the long term with great service and good products! This is how customer loyalty works! Bravo! Many thanks again to Christoph, this definitely won't be the last visit. :-)

Christoph was very helpful, friendly, diplomatic. He understood the problem I had with my own boots right away, even when others could not. He found some hire boots that were ideal. I appreciated his help, expertise and manner.

You get good advice

Very nice advice. With rent and buy service. So you can rent skis and these models are also available to buy in the store. Directly at the Ahorn valley station and therefore in a brilliant location.

Very friendly, helpful saleswomen. I bought a jacket there in October and the sleeves started to come apart over the winter. It was no problem changing the jacket. The new one was even sent to me in Germany. Thank you! You'll be happy to buy some more.
