Small problem during the rental of my skis, following an involuntary exchange by another person. After a few slightly complicated discussions, it all ended well thanks to the shop manager who did what was necessary with the other ski rental agency. In addition, the staff provides good advice.

We rented our ski equipment in this shop. They have a foot scanner, which matches the foot to the ski shoe. Most of the shoes we took, fit on the first try. However, we also rented skies. 2 out of 5 skies rented were found unfit only after a day skiing, by our guides - who were shocked we got those skies.

We rented our ski equipment for the whole family here. Excellent quality and service. The assistants took their time to find best fitting boots for us. In the middle of the week my daughter’s boots got wet in the snow and we couldn’t use them even the following day. I brought the boots to the shop and they exchanged the wet pair for a dry one without questions asked 👍.
