Fabulous service, changed my ski and boot combinations every day at least once. Marked down one star because my favourite colleague did not want to come back to my hotel (very close) for some oysters
We got a vert good service including replacement of one per of ski because my wife didn’t like them
Arriving day 1 in ischgl I had terrible problems with my feet. Michael took time out to help me out which saved my ski trip. Going forward, this will be the place I buy all my equipment as it’s clear they focus on quality and have tremendous expertise 👍

Helped with a problem created by another shop. Wasted 30 minutes to try to help me out, and did not ask any money, only a tip. At the end, they found a workaround which worked.
Great selection of sporting equipment and accessories. Very helpful staff. A skilled boot fitter moulded overnight my ski boots to fit them better and relieve pressure points, despite they were bought elsewhere.
